Balcan Innovations Launches Inaugural Customer Survey Project

Balcan Innovations’ customers received the initial invitation on February 13^th with questions designed to gauge its partners’ insights on product quality, service levels, sustainability, innovation, logistics, among other topics. Upon completion, the results will produce benefits such as increased levels of customer service and enhanced product and service offerings. “While we have areas where we can always improve, collecting firsthand feedback through the survey is how we’ll gain actionable insights,” stated Balcan Innovations’ CEO, Dano Lister.
