This is a corporate position responsible for the execution of company-wide projects. Over the next three to five years, members of our Project Management Office (PMO) will work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects that will transform our business. You'll lead teams to deliver results that make a difference and are quickly adopted by applying honed project management skills.
- Implement project management methods and techniques (adherence to deadlines and budgets, and adoption of declared quality standards).
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation projects including business processes, ERP (Enterprise Resource Plan) implementation, and a creation of new business lines.
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and meet their expectations.
- Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, including regular updates on progress.
- Ensure troubleshooting and the design of emergency plans.
- Plan and prepare the financial information necessary for the annual strategic planning.
- Participate in change management and find solutions.
- Work with unified teams and effectively manage expectations with stakeholders.
- Anticipate problems and quickly find innovative solutions that promote the effectiveness of our activities in the field.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, project management or equivalent
- Experience in project management (asset)
- Experience with Ms Project and Excel software
- Demonstrate autonomy
- Be fluent in French and English – oral communication and written
