Extrusion Operator

• 12-hour day shift (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.)
• 12-hour night shift (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

The Extrusion (Blown Film) Operator adjusts and operates in day-to-day manufacturing operations. He must demonstrate rigor, concentration, and a good sense of organization. He will have to set up and operate machines used for extruding.

• Determine the appropriate quantities for each order (resin, colorants, etc.).
• Perform quality tests.
• Program the commands using the computer.

• Diploma in plastics technology or minimum 1-2 years’ experience in blown film type extrusion.
• Between 6 months and 1 year of experience as an operator in a manufacturing company.
• Attention to detail, team spirit, analytical mind.
• Compliance with deadlines and instructions.
• Good physical shape.
• Fluency in oral and written English (asset)
