Maintenance Planner

The maintenance planner helps plan short-term, mid-term and long-term maintenance work. In addition, he helps identify missing parts and participates in the follow-up of required purchases. Working closely with the maintenance manager, this person ensures that health and safety processes are up to date.

• Develop the structure, maintenance and optimization of information and technical documentation and make everything available via the CMMS.
• Set up and monitor sector performance indicators and related objectives, with the department supervisor.
• Ensure the development and systematic management of maintenance in collaboration with the maintenance manager.
• Ensure the conformity of the lists of tasks, methods, and materials for all maintenance tasks (predictive, preventive, corrective, optimization, etc.).
• Ensure the maintenance of the building, utilities, and services (refrigeration system, steam network, compressed air network, ventilation, etc.).
• Make sure everyone applies and respect the policies and procedures in force in the company and of the health and safety program.
• Participate in the development of the implementation of a 4.0 philosophy in terms of monitoring and performance of equipment and therefore the company.

• DEC in industrial engineering, mechanics, or automated production.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in an industrial field
• Experience in instrumentation diagnostics, supervision and automated management of equipment and processes (asset).
• Good knowledge of automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel and computerized maintenance management systems.
• Fluency in French and English.
